Due to inclement weather, Groot is pulling their trucks off the road for safety purposes.  Today’s collection (Wednesday), which is East of the river, will resume operations on Thursday and re-run the entire route .  THIS ONLY AFFECTS RESIDENTS EAST SIDE OF THE RIVER. Residents can leave their garbage out until it is picked up tomorrow. Groot asks any garbage/recycling covered by the snow to be cleared off so it is visible for the driver. Normal garbage routes will resume next week and will not be impacted.
