PRE-FILING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that North Aurora Village Hall will have candidate packets available weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. beginning September 21, 2020. Petitions may not be circulated prior to September 22, 2020.
Notice is hereby given that the office of the Village Clerk of the Village of North Aurora will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Monday, December 14, 2020 through 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, December 21, 2020 for the purpose of accepting candidate petitions for the Tuesday, April 6, 2021 Consolidated Election for the following offices:
1. Library Trustee – Four Year Term
2. Library Trustee – Four Year Term
3. Library Trustee – Four Year Term
4. Library Trustee – Four Year Term
The dates and times that the Village Hall will be open to accept the nominating petitions are as follows:
• First day to file: Monday, December 14, 2020 – 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
• Tuesday, December 15, 2020 – 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
• Wednesday, December 16, 2020 – 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
• Thursday, December 17, 2020 – 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
• Friday, December 18, 2020 – 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
• Last day to file: Monday, December 21, 2020 – 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Petitions should be filed at the North Aurora Village Hall, 25 E. State St., North Aurora, IL 60542.
A lottery will be held for all simultaneous filings that are filed at 8:00 a.m. on the first filing day.
