To Participate / Ask a Question During Public Comment

For the portion of the meeting where the public may ask questions we will be using the chat feature of the Zoom meeting.  At the bottom of the window on the right side of the screen, click the button labeled “Raise Hand.” Your digital hand is now raised. The meeting host will then unmute you so you may ask your question.

To participate via a phone-in with no computer, dial *9 to “Raise Hand.”
