Minutes of the meeting – May 2, 2022
The meeting was called to order at 4:45pm, by Robyn Stecklein. Roll call was conducted and members present were as follows: Robyn Stecklein, Mark Swoboda and Mary Licar. Board Attorney Charles Atwell and Finance Director/Treasurer Jason Paprocki were also present.

There was discussion regarding transfer of assets to IPOPIF.
A motion was made by Mark Swoboda to approve and enter resolution rescinding authorization for the transfer of assets and to notify IPOPIF that the board will wait for the Supreme Court final decision. Mary Licar seconded the motion. Roll call vote – Mark Swoboda – Yes, Mary Licar – Yes, and Robyn Stecklein – Yes. Motion was passes unanimously.
