PLAN COMMISSION MEETING

CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Brackett called the meeting to order.
ROLL CALL
In attendance: Chairman Mike Brackett, Commissioners Ryan Lambert, Bruce Mitchell, Tom Lenkart, Jennifer Duncan, Chris Faber, Mike Towle and Ed Sweeney. Not in attendance: Commissioner Vince Mancini.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES – July 1, 2008 and August 5, 2008
July 1st – Commissioner Sweeney noted that he was present at this meeting although the Minutes did not reflect that he was present or absent.
Motion made by Commissioner Lambert and seconded by Commissioner Duncan to approve the Minutes of August 5, 2008 and July 1, 2008 with the change to the July 1st Minutes showing Commissioner Sweeney present. All in favor. Motion approved.
