CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Berman called the meeting to order

In attendance: Mayor Dale Berman, Trustee Laura Curtis, Trustee Chris Faber, Trustee Mark Carroll, Trustee Mark Gaffino, Trustee Mark Guethle, Village Clerk Lori Murray.
Staff in attendance: Village Administrator Steve Bosco, Finance Director Bill Hannah, Community & Economic Development Director Mike Toth, Village Attorney Kevin Drendel, Police Chief Dave Summer, Public Works Superintendent Mike Glock, Water Superintendent Paul Young, Fire Marshall Eric Bunkofske.

DISCUSSION
1. Discussion of Orchard Gateway / Opus Building 2
Community & Economic Development Director Mike Toth stated that site plan approval was before the Board and that the zoning had been approved in 2013. Matt Kurucz, Senior Development Manager, Opus Development noted that he had met with the Plan Commission earlier this month to discuss phase 2 of the development. Phase 2 would include a 451,535 s.f. spec building. The northeast façade is the entrance to the facility and is the most important façade. Plan Commission’s recommendation was to move the primary office façade to that corner. Opus also took the Plan Commission’s recommendation to berm along the east side of the property to screen the truck loading areas and trailer storage areas. The berm will be six feet in height. Trees will also be incorporated into the northeast corner, at the intersection at Randall Road. There will also be another berm added to this area. Construction delivery is planned for next summer.
Mike Toth said this would be presented to the Board for final consideration on September 21st.
