2. Approval of an agreement with Testing Services Corporation for Police Facility Phase I Testing Services in an amount not to exceed $24,975.00
3. Approval of a Change Order to the 2009 Street Improvement Program in the amount of $-32,339.00 and a Change Order to the 2009 Watermain Improvement Program in the amount of $28,629.20 for a cost savings of $3,709.80 to the Village
