TRUSTEE COMMENTS
Trustee Gaffino reported that sponsorships for North Aurora Days increased by $7,000 over last year. Volunteers are still needed and those interested should contact Trustee Gaffino.
ADMINISTRATOR’S REPORT
The Strategic Plan will be ready for discussion at the next Committee of the Whole meeting.
Village Administrator Steve Bosco mentioned work that was completed due to the youth grant the Village received. Planting of native bushes, rocks and mulch by the waters edge is also planned.
ATTORNEY REPORT – None
FIRE DISTRICT – None
VILLAGE DEPARTMENT
1. Finance – monthly reports for June went out this afternoon.
2. Community Development – July building permits – 400. June building permits – 370.
3. Police – None
4. Public Works – Oak Street – final lift of blacktop scheduled for Thursday or Friday. Pavement markings are scheduled for Monday or Tuesday.
5. Water – None
