CALL TO ORDER
(In the absence of Village President John Hansen, Trustee Max Herwig served as Acting Village President). Trustee Herwig called the meeting to order.
ROLL CALL
In attendance: Trustees Max Herwig, Dale Berman, Linda Mitchell, Mike Herlihy, Mark Gaffino.
Staff in attendance: Atty. Kevin Drendel, Sue McLaughlin, Bill Hannah, Mike Glock, DeWayne Williams, Jim Bibby, Tom Fetzer, Mark Bozik.
AUDIENCE COMMENTS
Jackie Casinover, 1508 W. Mooseheart Road – Ms. Casinover addressed the Board and asked if residents need to attend County Board meetings to find out what is happening with the utility poles. Trustee Herwig said yes. Ms. Casinover then asked if the County or the Village is installing the tall fences being put up along Randall Road (Willow Lakes). Trustee Herwig said the homeowners requested that the fence be raised to 10 feet high because of the commercial development. It is being paid for by the developer and maintained by money from the SSA from the Homeowners Association for that subdivision. Casinover asked if something like this would be a possibility for Orchard Road residents. Herwig said that anything is possible.
