CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Berman called the meeting to order.

TRUSTEES COMMENTS
Trustee Gaffino inquired about the condition of landscaping for the property at 4 North Sycamore, North Aurora. Village Administrator Steve Bosco informed the Board that the Village would be cleaning up the vacant property doing some landscape maintenance.

ADMINISTRATOR’S REPORT – None

ATTORNEY’S REPORT – None

VILLAGE DEPARTMENT REPORTS
1. Finance – The auditors will be at Village Hall on Wednesday to begin the audit process.
2. Community Development – Liberty Development submitted for a site development permit for the 400 Mitchell site. It is a 35-acre site.
3. Police – Chief Summer thanked the North Aurora CERT as well as the Kane County Emergency Management Group for their assistance with traffic direction for the Community Parade. The Police Department’s Community Open House picnic is scheduled for July 10th from 12 – 3 p.m.
4. Public Works – All curb has been poured on John Street. Over half of Banbury Road has been completed. Will look to get service on both of those streets by the end of next week.
5. Water – None
