Scout Roundup-Dr. Brooks
Needs to look at area at Moosehart. Will meet with Mark Gaffino.
Baggo-Julie Boer
Needs approval for payment for baggo boards. Waiting for invoice.
Sponsorships-Julie Boer
Will have 20 booths outside and 8 booths inside.
$660 in Friends and Family donations received.
Gold sponsors will have logo printed on back of T-Shirts. We will use the existing shirts that Mark Gaffino has and will sell the shirts from the ticket booth.
Run-Cathe Stieg
Course has been certified. Certification is good for 13 years.
Registrations are starting to come in.
Run is being promoted at other races and other events in North Aurora.

Garage Sale-Jim Laughead
Signs have been re-dated
Has proofs of banners for approval. Need 2 weeks turn around for ordering banners.
Web Site-Craig Wansowski
Road closures will be listed on web site.
French Market will be listed soon.
Softball registration will be listed soon.
Do we need a page for the Wine and Beer Tasting?-He doesn’t have any info.
Needs registration form for Pet Parade from Dr Brooks to put on web site.
French Market-Sharon Harwich
Have 10-13 vendors registered. The deadline is July 15th.
Vendors with food made offsite are OK. Cooking is not allowed.
