CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Berman called the meeting to order.

1. Approval of an Ordinance Pertaining to the Prevailing Rates of Wages

4. Approval of Bill List dated 6/2/2014 FY14 in the Amount of $548,361.84;

VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR – Village Administrator Steve Bosco informed the Board that the Village is close to finalizing a contract for electric aggregation.
Bosco thanked the Water Department, Public Works and Police for their work on the community parade.
ATTORNEY’S REPORT – None
FIRE DEPARTMENT
Fire Chief Ryan Lambert reported on the following:
Finished last month with 163 fire calls.
Nine (9) recruits will graduate on June 21st from the academy.
North Aurora Fire Dept Golf Outing is on June 28th @ 12:30 pm at Hughes Creek.
April Anniversary – Todd Zies (25 years) and Ryan Lambert (22 years)
VILLAGE DEPARTMENT REPORTS
1. Finance – None
2. Community Development – None
3. Police – None
4. Public Works – Glock said that the Village will start work on Timber oaks and Oak Street on June 9th. Work on Randall Road and Lovedale & Offutt have been completed. Mitchell Road will be shut down June 9th for 60-70 days between the tollway and Stewart. Trustee Gaffino asked how the Village is handling tall grass violations. Toth said that as of next week the Village will have an intern who will be covering the violations. Hannah said that the Village would have a new building inspector as of Monday. intern will start this and there will also be a new building inspector?? Will have him full time.
5. Water – projects started – The Village’s portion of the fire line for Aurora Pump has been installed. Senior Water Operator will be taking another position in another village. Will be posting the position.
