CALL TO ORDER
Village President John Hansen called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL
In attendance: Village President John Hansen, Trustees Dale Berman, Linda Mitchell, Mike Herlihy, Max Herwig and Mark Gaffino. Not in attendance: Paul Shoemaker.
Staff in attendance: Atty. Kevin Drendel, Sue McLaughlin, Bill Hannah, DeWayne Williams, Mike Glock, Tom Fetzer, Mark Bozik and Mark Smith of Rempe-Sharpe.
AUDIENCE COMMENTS
Joanne Gombash, 1495 Hartsburg Lane, North Aurora – Ms. Gombash asked about the tall pole that was installed at her back yard. Village President Hansen said that the Board is aware of the situation and that the item is to be discussed as noted (item #6) on the meeting’s agenda. Ms. Gombash noted that the new traffic signals are being installed at her corner and was concerned about the reflection of the lights into residents’ homes. Mike Glock said that shields would be installed to help deflect lighting onto the residential homes.
