JUNE 16, 2014

CALL TO ORDER – 7:00 pm
Mayor Berman called the meeting to order.

In attendance: Mayor Dale Berman, Trustee Mark Guethle, Trustee Mark Gaffino, Trustee Mark Carroll, Trustee Chris Faber, Trustee Mike Lowery, Trustee Laura Curtis, Village Clerk Lori Murray.

Staff in attendance: Village Administrator Stephen Bosco, Community & Economic Development Director Mike Toth, Public Works Superintendent Mike Glock, Police Chief Dave Summer, Village Attorney Kevin Drendel.

TRUSTEE COMMENTS
Trustee Guethle noted that the Village will be receiving the Illinois Youth Corp Grant from the Department of Natural Resources in the amount of $48,960.

2. Approval of the purchase of 1 F-150, 1 F-250 and 1 F-350 Ford Pickup Truck in the
Amount of $86,161.76 from Fox Valley Ford of North Aurora.

3. Approval of a Resolution Approving Electric Aggregation for Streetlights

4. Approval of Pay Request #1 Partial, in the Amount of $128,107.35 to Jetco, Ltd. for
the East Water Tower Painting.

4. Public Works – Work has begun on Mitchell Road. Grinding of Timber Oaks Drive has been taking place and asphalt will be laid next.
Interviews have started to replace the employee who retired from the public works department.
