PLAN COMMISSION MEETING
MAY 8, 2007
CALL TO ORDER
In the absence of Chairman Mike Brackett, Commissioner Vince Mancini called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL
In attendance: Commissioners Bob Strusz, Tom Lenkart, Bruce Mitchell, Vince Mancini, Jennifer Duncan, Mike Towle, Christopher Faber. Not in attendance: Chairman Mike Brackett and Commissioner Ed Sweeney.
Staff in attendance: Village Administrator Sue McLaughlin, Building Commissioner DeWayne Williams, Fire Bureau Chief Mark Bozik.
Commissioner Mancini mentioned that the public hearing for the evening is a continuance of last week’s hearing since there were not enough plan commissioners in attendance last week to form a quorum.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF APRIL 3, 2007
Motion made by Commissioner Lenkart and seconded by Commissioner Duncan to approve the Minutes of April 3, 2007. All in favor. Motion approved.
PUBLIC HEARING
Mancini swore in those persons planning to speak at the hearings planned for the meeting.
