CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Brackett called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL
In attendance: Chairman Mike Brackett, Commissioners Bob Strusz, Tom Lenkart, Jennifer Duncan, Mike Towle, Ed Sweeney and Chris Faber. Not in attendance: Commissioners Vince Mancini and Bruce Mitchell.
Staff in attendance: Building & Zoning Commissioner DeWayne Williams, Village Engineer Jim Bibby, Pete Iosue of Teska Associates.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES – March 6, 2007
Commissioner Lenkart asked, in reference to the setback for variance for Asbury Gardens, if the notation in the Minutes that the variance would be for a small extension were the developer’s comments or a statement of fact. DeWayne Williams said those may have been the developer’s comments and that the developer stated that his building was about 150 feet long and that he wanted to put a small addition on the end. Motion made by Commissioner Lenkart and seconded by Commissioner Strusz to approve the Minutes of March 6, 2007. All in favor. Motion approved.
