Mayor Berman called the meeting to order.

ADMNISTRATOR REPORT
Status of Activity Center – Village Administrator Steve Bosco said that he would have a report regarding the insurance coverage at the next Village Board meeting.
Medical Marijuana – The Village has to allow a medical marijuana business into the Village, however, the Village can limit the location through zoning. The Village is currently looking at zoning restrictions.
Strategic planning – Plan is to have the goals in the budget by June 1st.

VILLAGE DEPARTMENT REPORTS
1. Finance – Finance Director Bill Hannah congratulated the Village on the bond rate increase. Hannah added that he appreciated the Board’s support.
2. Community Development – None
3. Police – None
4. Public Works – The precon meeting for Safe Routes to Schools will be held on May 13th.
5. Water – None
