CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Berman called the meeting to order.

In attendance: Mayor Dale Berman, Trustee Laura Curtis, Trustee Mark Lowery, Trustee Chris Faber, Trustee Mark Carroll, Trustee Mark Gaffino, Village Clerk Lori Murray. Not in attendance: Trustee Mark Guethle.
Staff in attendance: Village Administrator Steve Bosco, Finance Director Bill Hannah, Village Attorney Kevin Drendel, Water Superintendent Paul Young, Public Works Superintendent Mike Glock, Police Chief Dave Summer

DISCUSSION
1. Continuation of FY 2015-16 Draft Budget Discussion
Finance Director Bill Hannah discussed the draft budget. An official public hearing will be held at the first Board meeting in May.
2. Discussion of Logos
The Village Board discussed different logos and color schemes. The Board gave direction to Staff to come back with the first logo, making it seven sided, elongating the bridge and providing options of different blue and brown coloring with a variation of fonts. The Board was in favor of using the slogan “Crossroads on the Fox” or “A Community Connected”.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Motion made by Trustee Curtis and seconded by Trustee Lowery to adjourn to executive session to discuss collective bargaining. All in favor. Motion approved.
