CALL TO ORDER – 7:00 pm
Mayor Berman called the meeting to order.

In attendance: Mayor Dale Berman, Trustee Chris Faber, Trustee Ryan Lambert, Trustee Mark Gaffino, Trustee Laura Curtis, Trustee Vince Mancini, Village Clerk Lori Murray. Not in attendance: Trustee Mark Guethle.
Staff in attendance: Finance Director Bill Hannah, Community Development and Economic Director Mike Toth, Public Works Superintendent Mike Glock, Water Superintendent Paul Young, Atty. Roman Seckel (Drendel & Jansons Law Group).

Mayor Berman proclaimed May 2013 as Motorcycle Awareness Month and April 26, 2013 as Arbor Day.

Trustee Curtis asked about the progress regarding Flagstone Court. Mayor Berman said that Chief Summer would follow up on this issue and get back to the Board.

VILLAGE DEPARTMENT REPORTS
A. Finance – Bill Hannah reported on the following: 1. ComEd released their electric rates which ended up being higher than North Aurora’s rates, 2. Police Pension meeting scheduled for tomorrow night, 3. finance investment reports were submitted last Friday.
B. Community Development – None
C. Police – None
D. Public Works – opening bids on road improvements will take place on April 30th.
E. Water – None
