VILLAGE BOARD MEETING MINUTES
APRIL 1, 2013
CALL TO ORDER – 7:00 pm
Mayor Berman called the meeting to order.

In attendance: Mayor Dale Berman, Trustee Chris Faber, Trustee Ryan Lambert, Trustee Mark Guethle, Trustee Mark Gaffino, Trustee Laura Curtis, Trustee Vince Mancini, Village Clerk Lori Murray. Staff in attendance: Interim Village Administrator/Police Chief Dave Summer, Water Superintendent Paul Young, Public Works Superintendent Mike Glock, Finance Director Bill Hannah, Community and Economic Development Director Mike Toth, Village Attorney Kevin Drendel, Village Engineer Jim Bibby (Rempe-Sharpe).
AUDIENCE COMMENTS
Rose Roubal, 408 Harmony Drive, North Aurora – Ms. Roubal asked the Board if the roadwork on Cedar will be completed since the first attempt at repairing it was not up to standard. Public Works Superintendent Mike Glock said that the company would be back to complete the work.
Roubal asked about the possibility of placing grass clippings in garbage cans instead of having to use the yard waste bags since the bags can tear easily. Mayor Berman said this has not been discussed with Waste Management, and that the current contract calls for them to pick up yard waste and grass clippings in bags. Berman said this could be discussed for future contracts.

a Special Use for a Planned Unit Development for the North Aurora Towne Centre (Petition #13-02)

3. Approval of an Ordinance Amending the North Aurora Code Section 5.08.350
By Decreasing the Number of Class B and Class C Liquor Licenses Authorized in the Village of North Aurora
