CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Berman called the meeting to order.

In attendance: Mayor Dale Berman, Trustee Laura Curtis, Trustee Mike Lowery, Trustee Chris Faber, Trustee Mark Carroll, Trustee Mark Gaffino, Trustee Mark Guethle, Village Clerk Lori Murray.
Staff in attendance: Village Administrator Steve Bosco, Finance Director Bill Hannah, Community & Economic Development Director Mike Toth, Police Chief Dave Summer, Public Works Superintendent Mike Glock, Water Superintendent Paul Young, Village Attorney Kevin Drendel.

TRUSTEE COMMENTS – Mayor Berman announced that Girl Scout Troop 825 was present at the meeting and took a tour of the village earlier in the evening.
CONSENT AGENDA
1. Approval of Village Board Minutes dated 2/22/16 and Committee of the Whole Minutes dated 2/22/16
2. Approval of an interim Bill List dated 3/1/16 in the Amount of $77,678.39
3. Approval of a Motion Designating Authorized Signers

1. Approval of an Ordinance Amending the North Aurora Code Section 5.08.350 by
Decreasing the Number of Class G Liquor Licenses Authorized in the Village of North Aurora (Fox Valley Golf Club Concession)

2. Approval of An Ordinance granting a Special Use pursuant to Title 17, Chapter 8 of
North Aurora Zoning Ordinance to allow a Health and Athletic Club at 19-61 S. Randall Road in the B-2 General Business District, Village of North Aurora, Illinois

3. Approval of a Contract with Hey and Associates for Maintenance of North Aurora
Town Centre Wetlands in the Amount of $20,000.00

ADMINISTRATOR’S REPORT – Village Administrator Bosco stated that the Garbage RFP was posted last week, with the RFP sent directly to 5 companies. This item will be brought before the Village Board in 2 weeks for discussion.
ATTORNEY’S REPORT – None
FIRE DISTRICT REPORT – None
VILLAGE DEPARTMENT REPORTS
1. Finance – Budget preparation has begun and progress made regarding the special census.
2. Community Development – The City of St. Charles will discuss Community Land Trust at their Planning & Development Committee Meeting on March 14, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. Mike Toth encouraged the Board to attend the meeting.
3. Police – None
4. Public Works – Bids for the entry signs to the Village will go out next week. Information will be brought before the Village Board at the next meeting.
5. Water – None
