VILLAGE OF NORTH AURORA
POLICE COMMISSION MEETING
March 7, 2013 at 17:30 hrs.
CALL TO ORDER
A motion was presented to commence with the scheduled meeting by Chairman Winscott and a second by Commissioner Jungels; the meeting commenced at 17:34 hrs.
ROLL CALL
In Attendance: Chairman Rodd Winscott, Commissioner Phil Jungels and Commissioner Brian Reid.
OLD BUSINESS
• Approval of meeting minutes from the 21-Dec-2012 Commission Meeting; all present in favor.
• Waiting on verification from C.O.P.S. on testing date (15-Jun-13) and fee application for the tests.
NEW BUSINESS
• Chairman R. Winscott will inquire with Village President concerning Commissioner Jungels re-appointment of his commission which will be expiring soon.
• Police Officer testing is scheduled for 14-Jun-2013 from 17:00 to 21:00 hrs. at the Jewel Middle School in North Aurora, IL. Written testing is scheduled for 15-Jun-2013 at 08:00 hrs at Jewel Middle School, North Aurora, IL. Chairman R. Winscott to follow-up with C.O.P.S. for final verification of dates.
• Reviewed budget for 2013.
• Reviewed calendar for future commission meeting dates in 2013.
ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Commissioner Winscott to adjourn the meeting and second by Commissioner P. Jungels to adjourn the meeting; all present in favor; Motion Approved. Meeting adjourned at 18:10 hrs.
