CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Hansen called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL
In attendance: Mayor John Hansen, Trustees Max Herwig, Mark Gaffino, Linda Mitchell, Dale Berman and Paul Shoemaker. Not in attendance: Trustee Mike Herlihy.
Staff in attendance: Sue McLaughlin, Bill Hannah, Mike Glock, DeWayne Williams, Tom Fetzer, Mark Bozik and Atty. Kevin Drendel.

Mayor Hansen asked if there were any audience comments before addressing the meeting agenda. There were none.
