Chairman Brackett called the meeting to order.

In attendance: Chairman Mike Brackett, Commissioners Ryan Lenkart, Tom Lenkart, Vince Mancini, Jennifer Duncan, Mike Towle, Chris Faber, Ed Sweeney. Not in attendance: Commissioner Bruce Mitchell.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES – JANUARY 6, 2009
Item postponed to the April meeting since the Minutes were not provided in the packet. Motion made by Commissioner Lenkart and seconded by Commissioner Faber to table approval of the January 6, 2009 Minutes to the April meeting. All in favor. Motion approved.
