Selection Process for Village Administrator
The Village Board discussed methods that could be used in recruiting a new Village Administrator.

Mayor Berman said that advertising as well as recording & notifying applicants could be taken care of by the Village’s Administrative Assistant. A committee formed from the Board would be capable of handling the selection process. Mayor Berman said he did not feel the need to spend extra money to hire an outside firm. Mayor Berman suggested that he and two trustees form a committee to review all resumes for the position of Village Administrator. The Board agreed to keep the hiring process in house and to form a committee as suggested by Mayor Berman.

ADJOURNMENT
Motion to adjourn made by Trustee Lambert and seconded by Trustee Gaffino. All in favor. Motion approved.

Respectfully Submitted,

Lori J. Murray
Village Clerk
