Chairman Brackett called the meeting to order.

In attendance: Chairman Mike Brackett, Commissioners Ryan Lambert, Andrea Rattray, Tom Lenkart, Jennifer Duncan, Mark Rivecco, Ed Sweeney. Not in attendance: Commissioners Mark Carroll and Connie Holbrook.
Staff in attendance: Village Clerk Lori Murray, Community Development Director Scott Buening.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES – January 5, 2010
Motion for approval made by Commissioner Duncan and seconded by Commissioner Rivecco. All in favor. Motion approved.
