CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Berman called the meeting to order.

In attendance: Mayor Dale Berman, Trustee Laura Curtis, Trustee Chris Faber, Trustee Mark Carroll, Trustee Mark Gaffino, Trustee Mark Guethle, Village Clerk Lori Murray. Not in attendance: Trustee Mike Lowery

DISCUSSION
1. Discussion on Temporary Certificates of Occupancy
Community & Economic Development Director Mike Toth said that the only change would be the installation of a $500 admin fee added to the temporary occupancy program. This will get builders to finish the work on time. This would be a meeting point in which the Village, property owner and builder would know what items are outstanding.
Toth said this was brought before the Development Committee and they recommended favorably. Trustee Guethle said the cost to Staff to continuously go out and make sure projects are completed, is time consuming. Guethle said that the temporary permits should be limited to as few as possible.
Trustee Carroll said that the fee should be more than $500.
The trustees were in favor of moving forward as presented by Staff.
