CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Berman called the meeting to order.
ROLL CALL
In attendance: Mayor Dale Berman, Trustee Mark Gaffino, Trustee Mike Lowery, Trustee Laura Curtis, Trustee Mark Carroll, Trustee Tao Martinez, Trustee Mark Guethle, Village clerk Lori Murray.
Staff in attendance: Village Administrator Steve Bosco, Finance Director Bill Hannah, Community & Economic Development Director Mike Toth, Public Works Director John Laskowski, Police Chief Dave Fisher, Village Attorney Kevin Drendel.

DISCUSSION
1. Rte 31/56 Marketability Assessment Presentation
Dan Garner of Houseal Lavigne gave a presentation on the marketability of Route 31/56.
Bosco said that staff is looking for feedback from the Board in terms of moving forward with the marketing the site.
Trustee Curtis said that now is a great time to market the property. The mixed use development is the highest and best use for the property. The Board was in favor of moving forward with marketing the property.
