Chairman Brackett called the meeting to order.

In attendance: Chairman Mike Brackett, Commissioner Ryan Lambert, Commissioner Vince Mancini, Commissioner Jennifer Duncan, Commissioner Mike Towle, Commissioner Ed Sweeney. Not in attendance: Commissioners Chris Faber, Bruce Mitchell, Tom Lenkart.
Staff in attendance: Scott Buening, Mark Bozik, Tom Fetzer, Pete Iosue.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES – October 7 and October 21, 2008
Motion made by Commissioner Mancini and seconded by Commissioner Duncan to approve the October 7 and October 21 Plan Commission Meeting Minutes. All in favor. Motion approved.
