The Police Facility Project Team was established on November 26, 2007 by the Village President to oversee the completion of the Village’s new Police Facility to be located on the corner of Route 31 and Airport Road.

1. Call to Order

2. Discussion of the Project Team’s guidelines for conducting business

2.1 Establishment of a Committee Chair

3. Establishment of official dates/times for regular Committee meetings

3.1 Review of Project Schedule to determine the appropriate number of meetings per week to accomplish stated objectives

4. Review of the Committee’s goals and objectives

4.1 Review of memorandum outlining specific time sensitive objectives

5. Discussion of the Committee’s role in the completion of the Police Facility

6. Disbursement of proposal from Jim McClaren to retain his services as Police Consultant

6.1 General review of proposal outlining specific Police Consultant duties and responsibilities

7. Miscellaneous

8. Adjournment
