CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Berman called the meeting to order.
ROLL CALL
In attendance: Mayor Dale Berman, Trustee Laura Curtis, Trustee Mike Lowery, Trustee Chris Faber, Trustee Mark Carroll, Trustee Mark Gaffino, Village Clerk Lori Murray. Not in attendance: Trustee Mark Guethle.
Staff in attendance: Village Administrator Steve Bosco, Finance Director Bill Hannah, Community & Economic Development Director Mike Toth, Village Attorney Kevin Drendel, Water Superintendent Paul Young, Public Works Superintendent Mike Glock, Police Chief Dave Summer

DISCUSSION
1. Discussion on Audio Visual Proposals for the Village Board Room
Village Administrator Steve Bosco stated that Staff received proposals from four companies for audio/visual equipment for the Village Boardroom. All four companies that submitted proposals had ideas for combining speakers with tv screens. None of the proposals mentioned use of a projector. The proposals called for two flat screen monitors and placement of two speakers, one on each end of the room in the front of the room, and possibly two speakers in the back of the Boardroom. Bosco said that the audio/video plan would be used for COW discussions and would also be good for site plan reviews. Bosco asked the Board if they wished to move forward.
The Board agreed that the audio/visual products were a good idea and suggested Staff move forward.
