In the absence of Village President John Hansen, Trustee Max Herwig called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL
In attendance: Trustees Dale Berman, Mike Herlihy, Mark Gaffino and Max Herwig. Not in attendance: Village President John Hansen, Trustees Paul Shoemaker and Linda Mitchell.
Staff in attendance: Sue McLaughlin, Bill Hannah, Atty. Drendel, DeWayne Williams, Mike Glock, Jim Bibby, Tom Fetzer and Mark Bozik.
