CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Berman called the meeting to order.
ROLL CALL
In attendance: Mayor Dale Berman, Trustee Laura Curtis, Trustee Mike Lowery, Trustee Mark Carroll, Trustee Mark Gaffino, Trustee Mark Guethle, Village Clerk Lori Murray. Not in attendance: Trustee Chris Faber.
Staff in attendance: Village Administrator Steve Bosco, Finance Director Bill Hannah, Community & Economic Development Director Mike Toth, Village Engineer Jim Bibby, Village Attorney Kevin Drendel, Water Superintendent Paul Young, Public Works Superintendent Mike Glock, Police Chief David Summer.
DISCUSSION
1. Discussion on 2015 Meeting Schedules
For Village Board and Committee of the Whole meetings, President’s Day would eliminate the 2nd meeting in February and Labor Day would eliminate the first meeting in September. Plan Commission meetings would not be affected. In terms of committee meetings, Trustee Gaffino suggested the North Aurora Days Committee Meetings be held on the 3rd Monday of the month at 5:30 pm at Village Hall. The committee would not meet in February and March.
2. Discussion on 2015 Holiday Schedule
Holiday schedule was fine without any changes.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
1. Probable Litigation
Motion made by Trustee Gaffino and seconded by Trustee Guethle to adjourn to executive session for the purpose of probable litigation. All in favor. Motion approved.
