Chairman Mike Brackett called the meeting to order at 7:41 p.m.
ROLL CALL
In attendance: Chairman Mike Brackett, Commissioners Jennifer Duncan, Ed Sweeney, Christopher Farber, Bruce Mitchell. Tom Lenkart arrived at 7:50 p.m. Not in attendance: Commissioners Bob Strusz, Vince Mancini, Mike Towle.
Staff in attendance: Sue McLaughlin, Jim Bibby, Mark Bozik, Pet Iosue.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES – SEPTEMBER 6, 2006
Motion made by Commissioner Sweeney and seconded by Commissioner Mitchell to approve the September 6, 2006 Meeting Minutes. All in favor. Motion approved.
