Chairman Brackett called the meeting to order.

Staff in attendance: Sue McLaughlin, Pete Iosue, Mark Bozik.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES – September 18, 2007
Motion made by Commissioner Mitchell and seconded by Commissioner Lambert to approve the September 18, 2007 Plan Commission Minutes. All in favor. Motion approved.
