CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Berman called the meeting to order.

In attendance: Mayor Dale Berman, Trustee Laura Curtis, Trustee Chris Faber, Trustee Mark Carroll, Trustee Mark Gaffino, Trustee Mark Guethle, Village Clerk Lori Murra.
Staff in Attendance: Village Administrator Steve Bosco, Finance Director Bill Hannah, Community & Economic Development Director Mike Toth, Police Chief Dave Summer, Public Works Superintendent Mike Glock, Water Superintendent Paul Young, Attorney Roman Scheckel.
SWEARING IN OF NEW PATROL OFFICERS
At this time, Village Clerk Lori Murray swore in the North Aurora Police Department’s newest patrol officers, Maggie McGrath and James Redmon.

1. Approval of the 1026 Engineering Rates from Rempe-Sharpe Associates and
Engineers

2. Approval of a bid from Carus Corporation for the purchase of water treatment
chemicals in the amount of $11,109.75.

3. Approval of a Bill List dated January 4, 2016 in the amount of $49,286.67

ADMINISTRATOR’S REPORT – Steve Bosco reported that the purchase of 24 S. Lincolnway was contingent upon court approval. The court has approved the sale.

3. Police – service anniversaries: Kitner – 18 years, Dilley – 17 years, Cyko – 16 years, Stecklein – 16 years, Gorski – 12 years, McCoy – 10 years, Jensen – 1 year. Average time on the job for the North Aurora Police Department is 13-1/2 years.
4. Public Works – None
5. Water – Paul Young reported that Well #3 should be up and running within the next couple of weeks.
