1. Petition #15-06: The petitioner requests the following actions for the property located on the northeast corner of Orchard Road and Oak Street:
1. Special Use to allow a B-2 General Commercial District/R-4 General Residence District Mixed Use Planned Unit Development, with the following use exceptions:
a. Section 11.2.A.3.b of the Zoning Ordinance – reduction in the thirty (30) foot building separation.
b. Section 13.8.A of the Zoning Ordinance – reduction of off-street parking stall length.

3. Preliminary Subdivision Plat Approval
