Chestnut Street, Locust Street, & Spruce Street Water Main and Street Improvement Project

Next week, the Contractor is planning to complete any concrete removals on the north side of each of the streets Monday and Tuesday.  Following the remaining concrete removals, they will begin framing and prepping for pouring the concrete.  Late in the week and the beginning of the following week they will be pouring the concrete.

2023 Road Program

This week the Contractor completed concrete curb and sidewalk removals on Schneider Ct., Johnson Ct., Stewart Ave., Erickson Ct., Thompson Ave., Harding Ct., Gorham Ct., Pine Creek Dr., and began removals on Chesterfield Ln. east of Pine Creek.  They poured the concrete curb on the majority of Schneider Ct., Johnson Ct., Stewart Ave., and Erickson Ct.  After approximately three days after the concrete is poured, the contractor will remove the barricades to allow vehicles to begin driving over the new concrete.

On Saturday, the contractor is planning on pouring the concrete curb on Thompson Ave., Harding Ct., Gorham Ct and the remainder of Stewart Ave., Schneider Ct., and Johnson Ct.

On Monday, the contractor will continue the removal of curb and sidewalk planned for replacement on Chesterfield Ln. (east of Pine Creek) and Flynn Ct.  They then will be continuing throughout the first half of the week on Hamilton Ln (east of Pine Creek) and Graham Rd.  The second half of the week they will be completing the removals on Chesterfield Ln. and Hamilton Ln. (west side of Pine Creek) and Carpenter Ct.  The framing and concrete pouring will be following behind the removals in the same order.
