2022 Road Program

This week Geneva Construction’s concrete subcontractor, D’Land Construction, began saw cutting curb and sidewalk in preparation for removals.  They started in the north east corner of the project area on Turnberry, Coghill, Clark, and Oak Crest and are moving south and east  within the project area.  They will be continuing with saw cutting next week.

On Tuesday, the Contractor is planning to begin removal of the curb and sidewalk beginning in the northeast corner of the project which was saw cut this week.  They will be doing the removals following the same order as the saw cutting.    The Contractor will be handing out notices to residents affected by driveway access at least one day prior to the removals.

Late in the week they plan to begin framing for the concrete pours.

The weather forecast for next week is currently showing rain, which may cause the work to be delayed.
