Evergreen Holidays Event – Sunday, December 2, 2018 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm at North Aurora Riverfront Park. Come and enjoy a lighted pathway of decorated evergreens along North Aurora’s riverfront.
This is a free Community Event and a great way to spend an evening with family and friends. Music performed by 3rd grade choirs from Fearn, Schneider and Goodwin schools. Hot chocolate, popcorn and other treats will be served. Character and backdrop photo opportunites will be available.
Evergreen trees can be sponsored for a $50 donation to North Aurora River District Alliance (NOARDA). A sign adjacent to the tree will note your contribution. You may choose to decorate your tree in an environmentally friendly way prior to the Dec. 2 event. If you choose not to decorate your tree, a local participationg organization or club may decorate the tree for you (although, decorating cannot be guaranteed).
