1. TIF Façade Grant request in the amount of $17,950.00 for the property located at 8 Marvo Street (Aurora Wire).
2. TIF Façade Grant request in the amount of $12,059.50 for the property located at 12 John Street (Share & Care).
3. Village staff would like to solicit feedback from the Development Committee relative to land use classifications in the business districts.
