Police Officers are responsible for enforcing all State and Local Laws and upholding the U.S. and Illinois Constitution.

• 21 years of age
• Under 35 years of age
• Valid Driver’s License
• U.S. Citizen
• High School Diploma
• Pass Written/oral Exam
• Pass Medical Exam
• Pass Psychological Exam
• Pass Background/Polygraph Exam
• Complete State of Illinois Physical P.O.W.E.R. test
Mandatory Orientation: Friday, June 2, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at Jewel Middle School, 1501 Waterford Rd., North Aurora, Illinois
Written Exam: Saturday, June 3, 2017 at 8:00 a.m. (Same location as Orientation)

Please bring the completed application and signed waivers/consent forms to the Mandatory Orientation on Friday, June 2, 2017.
A $40.00 non-refundable administrative fee will be due from each applicant when he/she arrives for testing on Saturday, June 3, 2017.
