POLICE COMMISSION Special Open Meeting

CALL TO ORDER
Commissioner Hatchet presented a motion to commence with open this Special open meeting of the Village of North Aurora Police Commission, a second motion was as made by Commissioner Jungles; All present in favor with the meeting commencing at 13:03hrs.

Commissioners present: Chairperson Lisa Hatchett, Commissioners Phil Jungels and Brian Reid.

Meeting Open Discussions:
Chairperson Hatchet commenced this Special Open Meeting of The North Aurora Police Commission to vote on the final North Aurora Police Officer Candidate Eligibility List.
1. The Commissioners individually took time to review the list in its entirety. The Commissioners completed their individual reviews with no further concerns. The Commissioners agreed that based on their reviews that the Final Posted List will include only the Candidates name, score with preference points as noted.
2. A motion was presented by Chairperson Hatchett that if the applicant fails to complete their application by the date specified/required, they will be disqualified from any further consideration and the Commission will accept the revised list as stated. All Present in Favor.
No further New Business.
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Hatchett presented a motion to adjourn the closed the meeting, a second motion was made by Commissioner Jungels; all present in favor – Motion Approved. The Closed Meeting adjourned at 13:02hrs.
