2021 Street Improvement

This week Geneva Construction completed pouring the remaining concrete curb and sidewalk on the project, as well as completing the remaining asphalt apron driveway restorations. Milling the asphalt roadway pavement continued this week and is also complete.  Aggregate base repairs and the first layer of roadway asphalt (binder course) was completed on Andrew Lane, Andrew Court, Hickory Lane, Hickory Court, Sharon Lane, Sharon Court, Hammer Lane, Lloyd Lane, Carrie Court, Bede Court and Bede Circle.

On Saturday the contractor plans to make repairs to the aggregate base on Lindsay Circle, Terry Lane, and Holly Court. Then on Monday starting the first layer of asphalt on Lindsay Circle, Terry Lane, and Holly Court and will complete these streets with binder in the first half of the week.  Once the binder course of asphalt is completed, the contractor plans to circle back north to Pinehurst, Oberweis and Hammer  and moving south through the project in a similar order of the binder course.
