CALL TO ORDER
Village President Hansen called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

In attendance: Trustee Dale Berman, Trustee Bob Strusz, Trustee Mark Gaffino, Trustee Linda Mitchell. Not in attendance: Trustee Mike Herlihy, Trustee Max Herwig.

PUBLIC HEARING: Public Hearing concerning the Intent of the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of North Aurora, Kane County, Illinois to sell $14,800,000 General Obligation Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source)
Village President Hansen opened the public hearing. Finance Director Bill Hannah said that the Village’s current plan is to do a partial sale of the bond issuance in the neighborhood of $9,000,000 on October 27th and the remaining portion for the bond sale would be done in a year to 2 years after the first partial sale. There were no audience comments. There were no Board comments. Village President Hansen closed the public hearing.
