CALL TO ORDER
In the absence of Village President Hansen, Trustee Herwig called the meeting to order.
ROLL CALL
In attendance: Trustee Max Herwig, Trustee Bob Strusz, Trustee Mark Gaffino, Trustee Linda Mitchell, Trustee Mike Herlihy. Not in attendance: Trustee Dale Berman.
AUDIENCE COMMENTS
Steve Sabo, 207 April Lane, North Aurora – Mr. Sabo asked that the Village require the meeting agendas to be posted on the Village website. Atty. Drendel said that agendas are posted on the website and are a legal requirement per the Open Meetings Act.
Mr. Sabo said that in terms of the subject of committee structures, would like to see the committee of the whole meetings remain as opposed to having separate committees.
Mr. Sabo asked about the off-street parking rules for truck plates bigger than “B”. On the list of ordinances on the Village website, the last ordinance he could find on parking was in 1987. Atty. Drendel mentioned reviewing the code section for parking. Chapter 10.20 refers to the parking issues.
