CALL TO ORDER – 8:25
Mayor Berman called the meeting to order.
ROLL CALL
In attendance: Mayor Dale Berman, Trustee Chris Faber, Trustee Ryan Lambert, Trustee Mark Gaffino, Trustee Laura Curtis, Trustee Vince Mancini, Village Clerk Lori Murray.
Staff in attendance: Village Administrator Wes Kornowske, Finance Director Bill Hannah, Community Development Director Scott Buening, Atty. Kevin Drendel, Public Works Superintendent Mike Glock, Water Superintendent Paul Young, Police Chief David Summer.

DISCUSSION
1. Discussion on Draft North Aurora Business Outreach Survey
Kornowske informed the Board that the surveys are a way to get some characteristics of businesses in North Aurora. Trustee Mancini suggested moving sections 1 – 6 to the back of the survey in order to get businesses to respond in volume. Trustee Curtis suggested sending the survey to commercial brokers. Trustee Lambert was concerned about the length of the survey being nine pages. Kornowske said that staff is looking at ways to shorten the number of pages.
2. Discussion on adding Smoketree Plaza Road Improvement to the 10-year Capital Improvement Plan
Staff is proceeding with land acquisition for Smoketree now unless it involves land acquisition costs. Those will then be brought back to the Board. The Village Board decided to move forward with adding the Smoketree Plaza Road Improvement to the 10-year plan.
EXECUTIVE SESSION – Staff said there was no need for an executive session.

2. Probable Litigation – none
