Duncan, Commissioner Michael Towle, Commissioner Mark Uher.
Not in attendance: Commissioner Sweeney.
A motion was made by Commissioner Mitchell to approve the minutes of June 20, 2005 and seconded by Commissioner Patterson. All in favor. Motion approved.
