CALL TO ORDER – 8:08 p.m.
Mayor Berman called the meeting to order.

In attendance: Mayor Dale Berman, Trustee Mike Herlihy, Trustee Chris Faber, Trustee Mark Guethle, Trustee Bob Strusz, Trustee Mark Gaffino, Trustee Vince Mancini, Village Clerk Lori Murray.
Staff in attendance: Chief Administrative Officer Wes Kornowske, Community Development Director Scott Buening, Village Attorney Kevin Drendel, Public Works Superintendent Mike Glock, Village Engineer Jim Bibby, Police Chief Tom Fetzer.

DISCUSSION
1. Discussion on Lots 2 & 4 Randall Commerce Center – Special Use for Assisted Care/Memory Care Facility
Changes to the special use include age of residents to be 55 and older. A small portion of the residents will share occupancy of a room. Forwarded to the next Village Meeting for further discussion.
2. Discussion on Richmar’s Consolidation (Plat of Subdivision)
A question was asked about the maintenance of the retention pond. Sorrentino noted that the association would be responsible for maintaining the pond. No questions.
3. Discussion on Oak Street Pedestrian Bridge Payout No. 3 in the amount of $13,291.45
IDOT to pay Landmark Construction for the bike/pedestrian bridge. Village will see a bill for the excess of $32,805 which will be payable in fiscal 2010. No board action required.
TRUSTEE COMMENTS
Trustee Herlihy said he had received a number of complaints regarding dandelions. Residents are frustrated about fighting weeds in their own yards. Herlihy asked that information be mentioned in the next Village newsletter to inform residents about what the Village is doing to keep this under control.
