Chairman Brackett called the meeting to order.

In attendance: Chairman Mike Brackett, Commissioners Ryan Lambert, Jennifer Sweeney, Tom Lenkart, Chris Faber. Not in attendance: Commissioners Vince Mancini, Bruce Mitchell, Ed Sweeney and Mike Towle.
Staff in attendance: Village Administrator Sue McLaughlin, Community Development Director Scott Buening, Pete Iosue of Teska.
